Terms + Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in any Wanderlearn Retreats. By booking and participating in a Wanderlearn Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Booking and Payment: 1.1. To secure your reservation for a Wanderlearn Retreat, full payment or deposit is required at the time of booking. 1.2. Payments can be made through the designated payment methods provided on the Wanderlearn website. All prices are listed in the currency specified. 1.3. Once the payment is received and processed successfully, you will receive a booking confirmation via email.

 

2. Cancellations and Refunds: 2.1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Wanderlearn by email. 

Our refund policy is as follows:

Once you have confirmation of your booking you have a further 24hrs to cancel and obtain a full refund, including deposit.

**Deposits are fully refundable up until 90 days before the trips.

 

After this period, the following full retreat payment conditions will apply:

 

120 days or more

A full refund minus 5% admin charge will be provided for all cancellations up to 120 days prior to start day of the booked retreat. 

 

Between 120 - 90 days

A 50% refund will be provided on cancellations between 90-119 days prior to the start date of the booked retreat. 

 

Between 60 - 90 days

A 25% refund will be provided on cancellations between 60-89 days prior to the start date of the booked retreat. 

 

Less than 60 days 

No refund will be provided on cancellations between 59-0 days prior to the start date of the booked. Cancellations less than 60 days before the start date are non-refundable and will result in 100 % loss of revenue.

No refund will be provided for premature leaving of the retreat or failure to arrive at the retreat for any reason.

 

3. Retreat Changes and Cancellations by Wanderlearn: 3.1. Wanderlearn reserves the right to modify or cancel a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient bookings, instructor unavailability, natural disasters, or any other factors beyond our control. 3.2. In the event of a retreat cancellation by Wanderlearn, you will be offered the option to transfer your booking to another available retreat or receive a full refund of the amount paid. 3.3. Wanderlearn will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, such as travel expenses or accommodation, in the event of a retreat cancellation or modification.

 

4. Participant Responsibilities: 4.1. Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, including flights, visas, travel insurance, and any additional expenses incurred outside of the retreat program. 4.2. Participants must comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by Wanderlearn and the retreat instructors. Failure to do so may result in removal from the retreat without refund. 4.3. Participants are responsible for their own health and well-being during the retreat. It is recommended that participants consult with a healthcare professional before participating in any physical activities during the retreat. 4.4. Participants are expected to treat fellow participants, instructors, and retreat staff with respect and follow appropriate social conduct.

 

5. Limitation of Liability: 5.1. Wanderlearn and its affiliates, including retreat instructors and staff, shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred by participants during or as a result of their participation in a Wanderlearn Retreat. 5.2. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and are advised to take necessary precautions to safeguard their valuables during the retreat.

 

6. Intellectual Property: 6.1. All intellectual property, including but not limited to course materials, curriculum, and retreat content, provided by Wanderlearn or the retreat instructors, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. 6.2. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without prior written consent from Wanderlearn or the respective intellectual property owner.

 

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: 7.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Wanderlearn is registered. 7.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or the participation in Wanderlearn Retreats shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the aforementioned jurisdiction.
